IIE Environment Information System for Applied Undergraduate Colleges Based on Genetic Algorithm

At present, China lacks a specialized evaluation index system (EIS) for the integration of industry and education (IIE) in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, which results in a lack of guidance for local newly established undergraduate colleges in the transformation of industry and education integration. In response to the above situation, the study utilizes the CIPP evaluation model and combines expert suggestions to develop relevant evaluation indicators for the IIE in application-oriented undergraduate colleges from different dimensions. In addition, the study innovatively proposed a genetic algorithm optimization of Hadamard Product (GA-HP) judgment matrix consistency adjustment method, and based on this, established an automatic analysis system for AHP judgment matrix consistency adjustment. The research results show that the weights of the first level indicators are arranged in descending order: top-level design, training process, quality monitoring, teaching resources, and training effectiveness and application research, with corresponding weights of 0.156, 0.149, 0.145, 0.137, and 135, respectively. In summary, the EIS for the IIE in applied undergraduate colleges with the CIPP model can be better applied in practice.
