Received SNR Lower Bound Derivation of Channel Shuffling Double Space–Time Line Coded Systems

A channel shuffling (CS) technique was recently proposed for double space–time line code (DSTLC) systems. The CS-DSTLC transmitter generates the DSTLC signals with optimally shuffled channels that maximize the received signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). As a result, the CS-DSTLC can dramatically improve existing DSTLC bit-error-rate performance with only a slight additional computation at the transceiver. This study explicitly derives the average received SNR lower bound of the CS-DSTLC system.
