We'd like to investigate how artificial intelligence (AI), mobile banking apps, and bitcoin affect people's lives, especially how they affect security, personalizing, and ease of use. The study also looks at how these technological solutions boost speed and customer service. Financial companies could use the information to give better customer service in the digital age.
