Ship Track Prediction based PSO-LSTM

A particle swarm optimization based LSTM trajectory prediction method is proposed to address the issue of target loss caused by performance limitations of detection devices in sea strike operations, which can interfere with target indication accuracy. This method analyzes the target trajectory characteristics in the sea attack operation of the surface environment, optimizes the LSTM learning rate using PSO, and tests the proposed trajectory data. The simulation results show that the trajectory prediction based on PSO-LSTM can effectively obtain the target trajectory, providing auxiliary decision-making support for further improving the accuracy of sea target indication for surface ships.
