Evaluation Quality Of E-Learning X Using ISO/IEC 25010 Framework And Design Thinking Approach

Technological developments have entered the digital 5.0 era, all areas of life including the field of education are required to be digital-based so that they can remain competitive with their competitors in order to continue to grow and develop. The need for applications that can support formal and informal educational institutions in today’s digital era is urgently needed, for this reason it is necessary to build an application platform as a digital media space that can carry out teaching and learning processes anytime and anywhere, such as e-learning applications. However, this e-learning application still needs to be reviewed for quality in terms of user satisfaction. This study aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation framework, provide guidelines for educational institutions for e-learning applications, and select quality e-learning platforms. Data collection methods through interviews and questionnaires. By using the ISO/IEC 25010 standard to evaluate the quality of e-learning. As well as using a design thinking approach to evaluate interfaces and user interactions in e-learning. From the results of testing the reliability of the questionnaire points distributed. Based on testing of 8 questionnaires filled out by 204 respondents, an average Raw.r value of 0.9 was obtained so that it can be said that the 8 questionnaires tested were reliable. To find out whether the user is successful or not in running the application usage scenario, a metric is used in the form of a success rate with an average yield of 9.2%. The results of this research can also provide in-depth insight into the quality of e-learning, as well as identify areas that need improvement to improve user experience.
