Research on Planning Model of Low-carbon Path for the Park Taking into Account Carbon Asset Value

With the continuous improvement of carbon trading market mechanism and the gradual expansion of its carbon trading market in China, the manufacturing enterprises of steel, cement and building materials in industrial park can trade carbon emission permit quotas generated by carbon emission reduction, thus forming corporate carbon assets, and the carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality Path for the energy and power system in park guided by the carbon asset value in the future is worthy of profound research. Firstly, the evaluation model of carbon asset value of the park based on the B-S Model is researched and established with the real option approach; secondly, the two-layer optimization model of the low-carbon transition path for the park’s energy system is established, where the upper layer is the capacity allocation model of key technology, the lower layer is the optimization model of low-carbon operation, and the upper- and lower-layer models are repeatedly iterated to obtain the optimal capacity allocation results of each technical equipment; finally, the planning of carbon peak and carbon neutrality path for a typical industrial park is taken as an simulation example to verify the effectiveness of the established models.
