Analyze and Measure Website Quality Using WebQual 4.0, Importance Performance Analysis Methods and GTMetrix

Ma’had Al-Jami’ah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPT) of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta using the website as a source of information about student accommodation. The web page contains Ma’had’s profile information, Ma’had’s location and the dormitory registration form. When conducting research, there were problems with web quality, namely slow website performance, and the information presented on the website was not up-to-date and detailed. The research was conducted to measure and analyze the Ma’had Al-Jami’ah website to improve service quality using the WebQual 4.0 and IPA methods and to test website performance using Gtmetrix. The research was conducted with 84 student respondents living in dormitories during the 2022-2023 period. The results of data analysis using WebQual 4.0 and Relevance-Effectiveness Analysis show that the dimensions of usability, information quality and service interaction quality have an average index of 81%, namely website quality in the good category. And the level of values and expectations of website users achieves user satisfaction with a value of 137%, but the indicators of ease of learning, ease of understanding and navigation have not reached user satisfaction. The results of website performance testing using GTmetrix have reached a fairly good web category, namely Grade C. The research results are expected to help Ma’had Al-Jami’ah management to improve the quality and efficiency of the Ma’had Al-Jami’ah website.
