Analysis of Website Quality Using Webqual 4.0 Method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA)

Currently, many institutions provide virtual training and internships. One of the organizers is Rakamin Academy. Through the Virtual Internship Experience (VIX) Program website, it provides programs that the community needs. However, there are still challenges in implementing the VIX. Researchers are interested in knowing the effect of website quality on VIX program user satisfaction and identifying indicators that are priorities for improvement. The website quality analysis method uses Webqual 4.0. Apart from using Webqual 4.0, the researcher also uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Data analysis using IBM SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that the variables usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, and visual quality have a positive influence on user satisfaction of the VIX program at Rakamin Academy, both partially and simultaneously. Overall, the service interaction quality variable shows the largest negative gap value, while the other variables exceed user expectations. By using the IPA quadrants, priority recommendations for improvements to the service interaction quality variable are produced.
