Performance Analysis of Intelligent Reflecting Surface Assisted NOMA Networks using k-μ Fading channel

Intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) is a favourable technology for enhancing the functionality of wireless network. This paper investigates the performance of non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) with IRS system over the generalized fading channel. In this work we have derived the closed form mathematical expression for the outage probability of the considered system. In addition to this influence of fading parameters as well as number of reflecting surface for IRS is examined.
