Systematic Literature Review: User Acceptance Analysis of Digital Banking Applications

Currently, the existence of digital banking is increasingly being recognized by the people of Indonesia, so that more and more companies or the banking sector are competing to provide digital banking technology. Much research on the analysis of user acceptance of digital banking applications can assist related parties in improving digital banking services. Thus, it is necessary to have a literature review related to the analysis of user acceptance of digital banking applications so that information can be classified systematically. This study aims to identify and analyze the latest research related to the analysis of user acceptance of digital banking applications from 2019-2023 using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The results showed that the type of digital banking application that was most widely studied was Jenius, while the method and statistical method used for analyzing user acceptance of digital banking applications was the UTAUT 2 and Multiple Linear Regression & PLS-SEM. In addition, it is known that UTAUT 2 has many advantages over other methods, in where the model is more comprehensive to analyze user acceptance of a technology.
