Yardstick Competition Based Multi-Dimensional Evaluation for Low-Carbon Energy Park

In view of the lack of comprehensive evaluation index system of low-carbon energy parks, an evaluation index system consisting of 5 criterions and 14 specific indicators is constructed, and the connotation and calculation method of indicators are defined. Secondly, an evaluation method of low-carbon energy park is constructed based on the projection pursuit model, which is a popular type of the yardstick competition method, to determine the subjective and objective weights of the indicators. Finally, a set of data of a low-carbon energy park is used as an example to verify the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can comprehensively evaluate the current status of low-carbon energy parks and give suggestions for future carbon reduction.
