Day-Ahead Stochastic Scheduling of Thermal-Hydro-Wind-Solar System Considering Customer Directrix Load

The uncertainty and volatility of New and Renewable Sources of Energy (NRSE) in the new power system pose significant challenges for planning decisions and operating control of the power grid. This paper presents a stochastic scheduling method for an integrated Thermal-Hydro- Wind-Photovoltaic (PV) system that takes into account Customer Directrix Load (CDL). The objective is to create a model that optimizes the allocation of resources in a demand response (DR) system with uncertain NRSE output, in order to minimize operating costs. This model will result in a load profile that has a relatively stable operation cost. Through this model, we will also calculate evaluation metrics such as system cost and the proportion of NRSE consumption. Historical data of wind power and PV will be used, along with the Copula function, to establish a probability model for the joint output of these NRSE sources. The Monte Carlo scenario generation method will be employed to address uncertainty, and a scenario reduction method will be proposed to balance accuracy and efficiency. The effectiveness and rationality of this method will be validated through arithmetic simulation.
