Transformation to a Hybrid Workplace: A Case From the Norwegian Public Sector

We present a retrospective case study of a hybrid workplace model of a large public organization in Norway during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our research emphasizes the employee perspectives on efficiency and flexibility, the interplay between remote and office work, culture dynamics and managerial styles. Our findings offer valuable insights for similar organizations considering or implementing a hyprid work model.
