Research on Software Architecture of Hardware-In-The-Loop Simulation System for Aircraft Electric Braking

For the aircraft electric braking system which is applied more and more widely in the field of aircraft braking, to better validate the product performance of aircraft electric braking under the condition of low cost, a software architecture of hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation system for aircraft electric braking was designed in this study. The software architecture of HIL simulation system is constructed by using the host computer software, MATLAB / Simulink modeling simulation software and DSP integrated development environment composer code studio (CCS) software. The results of the simulation tests show the efficacy of the software architecture developed in this study for the HIL simulation system dedicated to aircraft electric braking. It provides a platform with complete functions, high reliability for the research and development of a aircraft electric braking system. Compared with full digital simulation for aircraft electric braking, HIL simulation is more real and reliable.
