Induced attack on formation control of multiagent systems via robust H∞ scheme

This paper investigates an induced attack problem against the formation control of multiagent systems. A new induced attack strategy based on the robust H
∞
scheme is proposed, which can guide the whole formation of multiagent systems to a prescribed reference trajectory. In comparison to deception attacks and denial-of-service attacks, the stability and formation structure of the multiagent system are not destroyed by the induced attack. First, the attack generation exosystem is designed to produce the induced attack signal and the prescribed reference trajectory. Based on the induced attack signal among partial agents, a new induced attack protocol is proposed and the specific impacts of the induced attack signal on formation control are discussed. Then, sufficient conditions are given to ensure the multiagent system to be induced. Finally, a simulation is conducted to further verify the main results.
