Talent Training Mode for Automation Specialty with Integration of Expertise and Innovative Thinking

The automation specialty of Qingdao University is a national first-class undergraduate major construction site and has passed the engineering education certification of the Ministry of Education. To meet the needs of education in the new era and the construction of new engineering subjects, we further deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on the current situation of the construction and development of the automation specialty in Qingdao University, and according to the talent training practice of automation specialty in recent years, we investigate the talent training mode of automation specialty under the integration of expertise and innovation from three levels of culture, teaching system and institutional guarantee, and explore a new mode for training complex innovative talents.
