Design and Research of Curved Crawling Pipeline Robot

In industrial and agricultural production and daily life, the application of pipelines is diverse, ranging from natural gas pipelines to solid transportation, oil transportation, etc. Transportation pipelines, as an important means of material transportation, have a wide range of applications. The detection, maintenance, and repair of pipelines are particularly important. If they are not detected on time during the use of pipelines, they are prone to malfunctions and cause unnecessary losses. This article proposes an adaptive designed surface crawling robot that uses a miniaturized and integrated open-source platform. The robot integrates bluetooth, vision, and other components, carrying components such as inspection modules, cleaning modules, repair modules, etc. It can solve pipeline problems in a one-stop manner.
