Controller Design of Nonlinear Networked Cascade Control System with Multiple Delays

The controller design problem of networked cascade control system (NCCS) with multiple delays and nonlinear disturbances are studied in this paper for first time. Firstly, the influence of nonlinear control plant and networked delay in outer loop is considered, and an NCCS model with state delay in inner loop is established based on above. And secondly, the Lyapunov function is constructed and sufficient conditions for system stability are given by using schur complement. The gain of the controller is then derived using the LMI toolbox in Matlab. Finally, combined with the actual industrial application, a simulink simulation example of a thermal power plant based on NCCS is given to verify the effectiveness and performance of this method which shows that this methods can make the system stable and have good performance.
