Embedded-based Analyzer for Total Organic Carbon in Water

To meet the demand for monitoring organic pollutants in water, this study developed and implemented a water total organic carbon analyzer based on embedded technology. The instrument uses the photooxidation method to oxidize the water, and measures the total organic carbon content embedded; photocatalytic oxidation; differential method; analyzer for total organic carbonby comparing the difference in conductivity of the water before and after oxidation using differential subtraction. This study also analyzed the conductivity at different temperatures and improved the detection accuracy of conductivity by using an improved temperature compensation formula. Experimental results demonstrate that the analyzer has good anti-interference ability and repeatability, producing stable and reliable results. The analyzer's relative error is between 0.076% and 8.333%, which meets analysis standards and has good on-site applicability. The data generated by this study provides technical support for monitoring organic pollutants in water.
