A Method of Axis Trajectory Measurement Based On Laser Ranging

Aiming at the requirement of measuring the axis trajectory of helicopter rotor, an axis trajectory measurement method based on the combination of laser ranging sensors is proposed. Firstly, on the basis of laser interference, the rotor axis trajectory measurement system based on the combined laser ranging sensor is designed and constructed for the tiny measurement of high-speed rotating body. Secondly, according to the data missing and outliers caused by occlusion, a real-time anomaly recognition and correction processing algorithm for multi-channel high frequency data is established by combining the data characteristics. Then, based on the spatial geometric relationship, the measurement datum calibration, axis coordinate calculation and axis locus fitting methods are discussed. Finally, the ground accuracy verification test and the simulation platform axis trajectory measurement test are carried out. The experimental results show that this method is accurate and reliable, and can achieve the static micro-measurement of better than 1 %, and can realize the dynamic measurement of sub-millimeter axis locus. The method can be applied to other dynamic micro-measurement tasks.
