Simulation System of Cement Decomposition Furnace Based on Digital Twin

This paper presents a system for simulating the temperature field of a cement decomposition furnace based on digital twin technology. The system achieves accurate simulation and prediction of the internal temperature field of a cement decomposer by combining the physical processes of the actual cement decomposer with a mathematical model. Through the digital twin technology, the system is able to update and adjust the temperature field in real time based on real-time sensor data, thus providing accurate temperature field predictions.
