A Multi-Channel K-Type Thermocouple Temperature Measurement System Based on LabVIEW

A multi-channel K-type thermocouple temperature measurement system based on LabVIEW was designed using virtual instrument technology for test objects that require multi-channel temperature testing. In order to reduce the complexity of hardware circuit design, a precision thermocouple digital converter with integrated cold junction compensation is used for temperature measurement circuit. This is combined with a communication circuit composed of MCU, RS485, and WIFI, forming the hardware system of the multi-channel temperature measurement system. The client software developed using LabVIEW allows users to select different communication methods to meet communication requirements at different distances. During the temperature measurement process, users can view real-time temperature rise curves of each measurement point and save the data locally. This system provides a reference for temperature acquisition and data transmission in practical production applications.
