Charging and Discharging Scheduling Strategy of Electric Vehicle Clusters Considering User Responsiveness

Aiming at the problem of high dimension of optimization variables and insufficient consideration of user responsiveness in traditional scheduling model of electric vehicles, a charging and discharging scheduling strategy of electric vehicle clusters considering user responsiveness is proposed. Firstly, based on Weber-Fechner Law, an evaluation model of user responsiveness of electric vehicles considering charging and discharging price and vehicle state of charge is established, and a realtime schedulable capacity of clusters evaluation model is established on that basis. Secondly, a schedulable potential evaluation model of electric vehicles is proposed from the perspective of both time and space, through which the electric vehicles are partitioned into several clusters. Finally, an optimization model with the minimum variance of the power grid and the lowest user charging cost as the objectives is proposed, which is solved by the NSGA-III optimization algorithm. The results of the simulation show that the proposed model not only keeps the dimension of the optimization variables within a reasonable range but also fully considers the influence of user responsiveness on the schedulable capacity, which reduces the difficulty of solving and ensures the flexibility and accuracy of scheduling.
