Dynamic System for Ramification of Flexural Strength in Concrete Using Distillery Spent Wash for QoS with Multiple Integrated Filters

This research uses multi-class programming to evaluate the usage of supplementary cementitious materials (SCMs) as a possible replacement for specific types of cement in the construction of Reinforced Concrete (RC) structures in order to boost their flexural strength. It investigates a wide variety of approaches to improving flexural strength, including the use of recyclable materials, processed steel slag sand, carbon fiber-reinforced polymers (CFRPs), as well as steel fibre concrete. In addition, a case study on Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) girders is shown, and a discussion of the unique characteristics of UHPC is provided. Optimising mix designs for RCC beams with consideration given to factors such as cement replacement ratios and types of material is the focus of the project, which aims to improve the technical performance of the construction industry as a whole and make strides towards more environmentally responsible practises. The findings shed light on the relevance of granular composition and demonstrate that multi-class programming techniques have the potential to successfully predict the optimal mix proportions, hence increasing flexural strength. This research provides engineers and policymakers with actionable recommendations for improving the performance of RCC beams in a manner that is environmentally responsible.
