An Evaluation of Effective Design Parameters on Earthquake Performance of RC Buildings Using ETAB Software

Earthquake resilience and structural safety are paramount considerations in the design and construction of reinforced concrete (RC) buildings. This study aims to investigate the impact of various design guidelines for RC structures' seismic performance, utilizing the ETABSsoftware for structural analysis and design. The research focuses on identifying and assessing critical design factors that significantly influence the structural behavior and seismic response of RC buildings. The results of this study provide valuable insights into the sensitivity of RC buildings to various design choices in earthquake-prone regions.
