Low Cost Assorted Sized Bottles Automated Liquid Filling System using SCADA

In many Industries such as pharmaceutical, beverage, etc., bottles must be filled with a predetermined amount of liquid because they provide different amounts of the same products. Programmable Logic Controllers - PLCs - are highly adaptable to automated processes, as the system's behavior can be changed without changing the electrical wiring, as well as for monitoring the operating system. Our system is controlled by DVP14SS211R PLC DELTA product, programmed by WPL soft software and communication is done by RS232 cable. Determining the size of the container to be filled is done using a proximity sensor. A SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) is connected to the PLC to monitor the process in the control room. WonderwareIntouch SCADA software is used to monitor the process.
