MediID: Medicine Identification System Displaying Simplified Uses of the Medicine Using Python

There are various kinds of diseases prevailing in the present world and the medication prescribed for the same is also growing enormously. To keep track of benefits of every single medicine on a person's medication list is quite difficult. This is where MediID will be helpful. The main goal of MediID is to present the medicine's uses in layman's language to the end-user. MediID will be a versatile tool since it will accept various inputs, including images, audio recordings, scanned images, and written descriptions of medications. From the medicine name which is extracted from the input using deep learning, MediID will search through the relevant records that are available in the database. Finally, the end-user will be shown about the utilities of the medicines in plain, basic terms.
