Numeric Comparisons of the Operation of Battery Storage Under Its Degradation Constraint

With the development and innovation of technology, the widespread application of energy storage systems has become a common trend. Based on data analysis, this article selects lithium batteries as a typical analysis object, analyzes the impact of lithium battery capacity degradation on energy storage planning in power systems, and combines with case studies for certain analyses. A linearized equation is used instead of the original exponential equation to simplify the optimization process. The results show that considering the capacity degradation characteristics of lithium batteries is conducive to making more economical and efficient decisions.
