Full-Cycle Lean Management of Power Grid Line Loss Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

Line loss is an critical index of power company's management level, which can not only objectively reflect the operation status of power grid, but also affect the economic benefit of power grid. On this basis, AHP method is applied to a series of optimization design of power system. Detailed analysis is carried out. Firstly, AHP method can evaluate the loss from four aspects: personnel, equipment, structure and user. On this basis, the cycle mode of “planning-implement-inspection-summary” is adopted to manage the line loss of power system in the whole cycle. On this basis, a new, effective, operable and sustainable idea is proposed, which provides answers for further improving the level of power grid loss management.
