Performance of Fuzzy Tsukamoto and Fuzzy Sugeno Methods in Predicting Types of Neurotic Disorder

Mental health problems are one of the problems that is the focus of the government and even the WHO (World Health Organization). In this case, specifically, it is a neurotic disorder. Neurotic disorders are emotional or psychiatric disorders that present with irrational or significant anxiety. Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) 2018 shows that more than 19 million people aged over 15 years experience emotional mental disorders, and more than 12 million people aged over 15 years experience depression. Apart from that, based on the Sample Registration System carried out by the Research and Development Agency in 2016, data on suicides is obtained every year as many as 1,800 people or every day 5 people commit suicide, and $47.7 \%$ of suicide victims are aged 10-39 years, namely children’s age. teenagers and productive age. Currently, Indonesia has a prevalence of mental disorders of around 1 in 5 residents, meaning that around $20 \%$ of Indonesia’s population has the potential to experience mental disorders. Apart from that, until now not all provinces have mental hospitals so not all people with mental disorders receive proper treatment. One way to deal with depression is to carry out an early diagnosis. However, many people diagnose themselves because they feel embarrassed to consult a psychologist directly. Therefore, this research tries to create an educational system for early detection of neurotic disorders by applying the Fuzzy Logic method from Tsukamoto and Sugeno, in this case the researchers conducted research in highland areas. The data used is 120 data, of which 100 training data and 20 test data. The Mean Absolute Percent Error value for both methods is below $10 \%$ with Tsuakamoto $7.15 \%$ and Sugeno $4.21 \%$, meaning that the forecasting ability of this method is very good for both methods, but if you look at the percentages, the Sugeno method has a smaller MAPE. This value is compared with the Tsulamoto method, which means the Sugeno error value is smaller than the Tsukamoto method, namely Sugeno $4.21 \%$ and Tsukamoto $7.15 \%$.
