Reliability Test Analysis of Sampling Resistance for Intelligent Energy Meters

To address the issue of excessive accuracy of sampling resistors in intelligent energy meters, reliability enhancement tests were conducted on resistors to analyze their reliability. The low voltage test using a voltage of 10% of the rated power applied to both ends of the resistor and the boiling resistance high temperature 125°C experiment were combined to observe the changes in resistance values and superscalars. This paper analyzes and summarizes the ability of different resistors to withstand high temperature and humidity. To achieve the goal of eliminating early failed products with potential defects, this paper provides a basis for selecting resistance suppliers.
