Design and Construction of Vibration Level Monitoring Equipment on Machine Tools Based on the Internet of Things (IoT)

This research aims to design and implement an Internet of Things (IoT) based vibration and rotation sensor system that can be used on machine tools. These sensors are designed to collect vibration and rotation data from machine tools, and then transmit this data to an IoT platform for real-time analysis and monitoring. This research also includes the development of web-based applications to access and analyze sensor data efficiently. The blynk application will display velocity data and graphs from vibrations read by the ADXL335 accelerometer sensor. To identify the level of damage to a tools system in the industrial sector is to analyze the characteristics of vibrations caused by vibrations in general known from the magnitude of the vibration amplitude. The results of the monitoring tool made are tools that work using the concept of the Internet of Thing in monitoring the vibration value of the machine. The results of the test show the value of the vibration speed produced by the instrument is close to the same as the standard vibration meter. The largest error value is 3.03%.
