Exploration of Power Grid Planning Considering Changes in Electricity Prices Comprehensively

At present, considering the changes in electricity prices comprehensively, the exploration of the power grid is to interpret the latest reform plan of transmission and distribution electricity prices. From the overall thinking of power grid planning, the overall arrangement of planning investment, the implementation of planning work, and the cycle of electricity price changes, a comparative analysis of the impact of the implementation of independent accounting transmission and distribution electricity price mechanism on the overall power grid planning are conducted. In terms of early policy research, adjustment of planning ideas, guidance on grid asset efficiency, and communication and cooperation with the government, the response strategies for grid enterprises to carry out grid planning work under the new electricity pricing mechanism are discussed and proposed.
