Prediction of College Students' Normal Grade in Final Exam Based on Machine Learning

As a college teacher, it is necessary to evaluate students' various teaching processes frequently, such as the usual grades, final grades and comprehensive quality grades. In order to help college teachers analyze and predict the usual grade data, this paper puts forward a scheme based on machine learning to predict and analyze the usual grade of the course. The specific process of the scheme is as follows: firstly, the usual performance information of college students (including the usual classroom attendance, process assessment, classroom performance and other specific data) is derived from the teacher's own educational management system port; Then preprocess these data and show them through visual chart analysis; Then, the algorithm model in the field of machine learning in artificial intelligence (this paper is a random forest model) is used to mine deep information, and the most perfect model is obtained through data training; The last step is to use the final trained model to predict the test set or the new grade category of the results. After a series of experiments and test simulations, the model has achieved good results in training set, verification set and test set, and has good generalization ability in new data sets, which is worth popularizing.
