Research on Junction Temperature Control of LED Lamps for New Energy Vehicles based on Time-Delay PID Algorithm

Nowadays, energy consumption is becoming more and more serious, and some energy is a non-renewable resource, resulting in a decrease in energy quantity. Therefore, new energy sources are needed to replace and reduce the use of non-renewable resources. Among them, cars consume too many non-renewable resources, in order to solve this problem, new energy vehicles were born. In new energy vehicles, LED lamp junction temperature control is very important, the lower the junction temperature, the better, can extend the service life, so the junction temperature needs to be controlled. Traditional control methods cannot accurately solve the problem of LED lamp junction temperature control in new energy vehicles. Therefore, a time-delay PID algorithm is proposed to analyze the junction temperature control of LED lamps. First of all, artificial intelligence is used to control the junction temperature of the LED lamp, and the index is divided according to the requirements of the junction temperature control of the LED lamp to reduce the interference factors in the junction temperature control of the LED lamp. Then, artificial intelligence controls the junction temperature of LED lamps of new energy vehicles, forms an LED lamp junction temperature control scheme, and comprehensively analyzes the results of LED lamp junction temperature control. MATLAB simulation shows that under certain evaluation criteria, the accuracy of LED lamp junction temperature control and the reliability of LED lamp junction temperature control of new energy vehicles by the time-delay PID algorithm are better than those of traditional control methods.
