Research on Replenishment and Pricing Strategy of Vegetable Goods in Superstores Based on LSTM Modeling

This paper focuses on the replenishment and pricing problems of superstore vegetable products. Firstly, through the analysis and prediction of the sales data of multiple categories and single products, we explore their distribution patterns and correlations; secondly, we use the LSTM model to predict the sales volume and formulate the pricing strategy by combining with the cost-plus ratio; lastly, we use the multi-objective planning model to seek the optimal solution under multiple constraints, which further provides powerful support for the optimization of replenishment and pricing decisions of superstores.
