Research on Path Optimization Models for E-Commerce Using Intelligent Water Droplet Algorithm

In this paper, we research the Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows within the realm of e-commerce, examine constraints related to time window limitations and develop a model aimed at minimizing costs, including fixed costs, transportation expenses, and penalties. By presenting a solution for vehicle routing optimization and utilizing an improved intelligent water droplet algorithm, we subsequently design a program for its implementation. We then validate the algorithm through real-world scenarios, and perform a comparative analysis of algorithmic results. The findings showcased the enhanced algorithm's superior convergence, effectively achieving the optimal solution for the given problem.
