Techno-Economic Analysis of Electric Heating Load Participation in Power System Power Regulation

Due to the existence of thermal inertia in the building, it is possible to rationally regulate the electricity consumption of temperature-controlled loads without affecting the comfort experience of the occupants. In order to study the saving of electricity cost, this paper is based on the analysis and calculation of the characteristics of the electricity consumption behavior of typical household electric heating loads. In this paper, through the establishment of the ordinary differential equation model and circuit model, under the constraints of satisfying the temperature control interval, the nature of the steady-state solution of the differential equation of the temperature change process in a typical room is analyzed, including the characteristics of the changes in the heating power, the room temperature and the wall temperature. And the influence of the model parameters on the change rule of the steady state solution is analyzed. According to the results of the model calculations, it is found that the thermal power, room temperature, and wall temperature are most affected by the outdoor temperature when the equivalent heat capacity of the wall is in the steady state.
