Data analysis application of cultural tourism industry based on neural network and big data analysis

With the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of people's demand for cultural tourism experience, the cultural tourism industry has ushered in new opportunities and challenges. This study focuses on applying neural network technology to conduct in-depth analysis of a large amount of data in the cultural tourism industry, aiming at mining the potential information behind the data and improving the operational efficiency and user experience of the industry. As a representative of deep learning, neural network has powerful nonlinear modeling ability and efficient complex data processing ability. In this paper, the basic principle of neural network is introduced first, and its advantages in processing multi-source heterogeneous data and high dimensional features are emphasized. Then we conducted an in-depth study on the neural network in many aspects of cultural tourism industry data. Through the learning of historical data, the neural network can accurately grasp the interests and needs of users and provide users with more personalized services. Secondly, the recommendation algorithm based on neural network can predict user preferences more accurately and promote the personalized promotion of cultural tourism products. Finally, the market trend forecast, through the analysis of a large number of market data, the neural network can better insight into the development trend of the industry, to provide decision support for enterprises. Through the analysis of specific cases, the excellent effect of neural network in the application of cultural tourism industry data is demonstrated.
