Path-Game Hybrid Decision Strategy for UAV Air Combat Maneuver

A decision algorithm based on path-game hybrid strategy is proposed for air combat maneuver problem. According to the principle that horizontal maneuver and vertical maneuver can be decoupled in the flight control process of UAV, a decoupled autonomous decision mechanism is given, which uses path planning to realize horizontal maneuver decision and uses game theory to realize vertical maneuver decision, and then an improved Q-Learning algorithm is used to achieve horizontal maneuver decision-making, and Nash equilibrium theory to achieve vertical maneuver decision according to the decoupled maneuver decision-making strategy. Simulation of one-to-one air combat confrontation scenario verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm. Compared with the traditional maneuver decision-making based on three-dimensional planning space, it can effectively shorten the planning time and improve the planning quality.
