Optical Analysis of TiO2 and MoO3 based Optoelectronic Devices using Solcore

In this work, we have presented the optical analysis of multilayer optoelectronic devices. The devices are illuminated from the substrate side to achieve a 100% illumination area. A Solcore (python-based library) based study has been presented to predict the optical behavior of the devices. A comparative study has been presented considering ITO/TiO$_{2} /$CdSe or PbSe/MoO3-based devices. The introduction of different layers is observed for the variation in effective absorption. The backscattering effect of the different electrodes is also observed to improve the optical absorption of the device.
