Application of Quantification of Commercial Property Valuation Factors Based on Spatiotemporal Data

In the context of the global digital economy, spatiotemporal data is also being applied more widely with technology iteration. This paper will explore the application of cloud computing and Internet of Things in the field of commercial property valuation based on geographic information system (GIS) and computer-assisted mass appraisal (CAMA). Using cloud computing to extract key indicators in commercial property to quantify valuation factors, such as mobile signaling data, traffic data. It is also proposed that real-time data can be accessed through the Internet of Things for real-time monitoring to improve the accuracy of assessment, such as extracting real-time road networks and noise maps.
