Factors affecting Moroccan Citizens’ intention to use E-Government Services – A Measurement Model

Morocco, which is undergoing rapid socioeconomic development is facing challenges in implementing online administration systems. Factors such as technological advancements, government regulations, user behavior, and socio-economic constraints affect the quality and utilization of these services. This research examines factors influencing citizens' intention to use e-services in Morocco using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), considering perceived utility, ease of use, intention of use, social influence, user satisfaction, and trust.To design a standardized measurement tool for e-government (E-Gov) services adoption, an exploratory analysis approach was adopted. Based on the analysis of a survey dataset collected from 44 citizens using e-gov services, it can be advocated that the construct validity and internal consistency are both highly satisfactory for the variables examined.
