Trust Based Safe Relay Selection Strategy Towards Prevention of Black Hole Attack in Wireless Sensor Network

With Hidden Markov Models (HMM) used, Black Hole attacks in wireless sensor networks may be solved. In order to mimic the decision-making process that source nodes go through in order to choose the shortest pathways to communicate with destinations, an algorithm that is based on HMM is used, the most significant of which is that it is unable to provide an adequate defense against Black Hole attack nodes. The implementation of this trust-based safe relay selection strategy results in a major improvement to the relay node selection process and secures the transfer of data in a secure manner. This improvement is clearly proved by practical study, which indicates that our suggested technique outperforms traditional attack tactics across key performance measures like end-to-end latency, energy usage, packet delivery ratio, and throughput.
