Solving Collaborative Management Challenges in Digital Project Management

In response to the low level of intelligence in on-site management of current power grid projects, this article aims to enhance safety production and enterprise production and operation control capabilities, and comprehensively create a digital intensive control center. Propose a collaborative business visualization and sharing method for enterprise level power grid digital platforms. Collect power grid collaborative business data through the data perception layer, apply K-means clustering algorithm to perform business data clustering operations, and call database information for data accuracy verification; Integrate data through dual hot standby data center servers and use ContextCapture software for 3D modeling; By applying the Lagrange interpolation polynomial threshold scheme and utilizing Flex technology to improve multi-screen interactive technology in the visualization display center, the visualization display of business data is achieved. The experimental results show that the visual sharing effect is good, and the efficiency of handling power grid accidents after sharing has been significantly improved.
