Our system's central component is a specially made apparatus that makes use of cutting-edge spectroscopic concepts. It applies a safe, non-invasive light to the baby's skin, and the amount of bilirubin in it is estimated by analyzing the light that is reflected back. The gadget is appropriate for both home and hospital environments because it is small, lightweight, and simple to operate. The objective of this research is developing a non-invasive method to monitor and identify jaundice on a regular basis, assisting medical professionals in making an early diagnosis. In this work, we concentrate on monitoring infant jaundice—a yellow discoloration of the skin—with IOT based digital system. Our technology uses machine learning methods in addition to its non-invasiveness to increase accuracy. The process is painless, and it does away with the requirement for invasive treatments or blood tests, which frequently upset the newborn and their career growth. Moreover, the system can be modified for home-based monitoring and is appropriate for usage in hospitals.
