DBSCAN_PROMETHEE based Dynamic Medic Assigning System

Dynamic assigning of medics is an exceedingly challenging job for the health sectors, due to various choices, restrictions, and conflicting rubrics. The shifts in a day, shifts allocated, skills, like-mindedness, extra working hours, unanticipated leave are identified as significant restrictions that are to be taken into account. Therefore, medic assigning can be modelled as a multivariate problem. Usually, assigning is manually carried out based on the resource availability. This leads to incompetent allocation creating more consumption of human resources. Therefore, a dynamic medic assigning system is required. The restrictions can be classified as mandatory and optional. The dynamic medic assigning system has been developed adapting a hybridized methodology of DBSCAN and PROMETHEE. The framework has been developed and case study was carried out. It depicts that the proposed methodology is effectual in terms of medic satisfaction, and supportive care in hospitals.
