An Improved Octet Itoh-Tsujii Algorithm for FPGA Platforms

Itoh-Tsujii algorithm is used to compute the multiplicative inverse over GF(2

), this work presents a novel octet Itoh-Tsujii algorithm designed to minimize the complexity of multiplicative inverse operation for hardware implementation. Analysis of the outcomes reveals that the suggested algorithm increases performance while lowering complexity.
