Toward a Common Architecture of Educational Chatbot Based on Intentional Model For Learning Process Guidance

Chatbots are being used more and more in the educational space to improve student connection and support tutoring jobs by automating repetitive work. Several online learning programs presently use chatbots, most often as learning assistants. These educational chatbots are software programs that seek to engage in discussions with learners to assist them in problem-solving or offering support in a certain topic while taking into account individual preferences. In order to guide learning advancement while taking learners' requirements into consideration, we present a common architecture for educational chatbots in this research, which is based on an intentional model of the learning process.
