Machine Learning in Precision Agriculture

In India, where agriculture is the primary source of livelihood, the sector is experiencing significant changes in pursuit of sustainable food production. Notably, technology integration, particularly through machine learning, stands out as a transformative force capable of bolstering agricultural efficiency and simplifying the lives of the majority dependent on it. This shift not only enhances productivity but also aligns with the evolving needs and challenges of the modern world, moving towards precision agriculture. This project proposes a comprehensive machine learning-based solution addressing various challenges in the agricultural sector. From predicting soil fertility and total yield production to soil classification, crop recommendation, and species classification, the proposed unified solution covers nine essential functionalities. It offers a one-stop platform for farmers and individuals working in agriculture, leveraging the power of machine learning to provide precise solutions for better decision-making.
